Review & Reflect (Again... & Again)

In the same way that you constantly check and recheck your sat nav or map during a journey, to calibrate your position and adjust your course accordingly, you need to continually check in on the progress of your fitness goals.

Having your own health and fitness sat nav can help you to stay on track, change direction when needed and ultimately, get to your destination - achieve your goal!

Today is a prompt from us to review and reflect (again! We know we go on about it ALL the time). The power in this practice is in it’s repetition.

A reminder, here are three important questions that you can ask yourself;

  1. What did you do that went well?
  2. What did you find difficult or frustrating?
  3. What could you do differently next time (and then circle one to three of those that you will take forward)

Take two minutes today and scribble down some notes.

Yes it isn’t a hard sweaty workout

Yes it isn’t going to make your muscles ache.

But the next two minutes you spend doing this will help you progress just as much.

I look forward to hearing from you on what you discover (if you want to share of course!)
