Energy

If you love fast paced full body workouts, getting a sweat on while boosting your strength and health, this is the plan for you.

Power

Lifting weights and gaining strength? Then this plan with its upper body, lower body and full body workout split is the one for you.

Athlete

This is ideal for those who play a sport, or love to run or cycle as well as hit the gym. It’s a great all round plan for those who want to be strong, supple and fit.

Regenerate

Is your health your priority? If you want to stay active, build functional, real world strength and fitness, and keep that spring in your step, then this is perfect.

Anywhere

Our anywhere workout plans use all the fundamental principles of our in-gym plans but make them fully accessible for you to work out at home or while travelling!

...and what else is included in the monthly plans?

Each plan includes mobility and movement exercises designed to make sure you’re moving well and feeling loose – we all tend to spend too much time sitting down!

You won't be tied in to a plan either, some members have a go at more than one.
To support all of this, each month also includes:
  • A monthly ab plan to work on those toned stomachs and six packs!
  • Online yoga sessions and follow along HIIT-workouts
  • Mini-workouts and fitness finishers to target certain parts of your body
  • Plus much much more inside RESULTS University, our online library of resources and education including nutrition and lifestyle guides on fat loss, gaining muscle and being healthy
