Michael is a coach at RESULTS inc Sale. He is interested in how we can tend to "want to build Rome in a day" which can be counterproductive to building healthy sustainable habits. He has had his own gym related challenges which meant he didn't go the gym for a few years which made him realise this. He now enjoys helping others to find a gym routine that works for them. Before coaching, Michael graduated in Fine Art and regularly goes to different galleries to see what works are on show. He likes to go for hikes in Peaks and Lake District to get out in nature every now and again. His current fitness goal is to work on his core strength to combat a few niggling injuries with have cropped up.
