I’ve been overweight twice in my life. The first time in my teens led me to take up Thai boxing (mainly because I wasn’t confident enough for a team sport!). I loved it and it made me quit studying IT and transition to sport science.
Fast forward a few years and a few injuries, becoming a dad and entering the world of full-time work I gained weight again. I wasn’t in my early twenties anymore and didn’t have as much time to train or sleep as I used to. Now, after over five years working in the fitness industry, I like to help people reach their goals without having to sacrifice time with their family or social life.
