Having coached for 8 years, he has supported a range of people throughout their fitness journeys, from complete beginners to gym veterans. If you want to know how to gets strong, move better, increase your fitness or learn new exercises, then Dan is your man! A keen gym-goer himself, he has done all kinds of training and is currently focusing on Olympic Lifting.
